Background

Adam Zaricki is a cross-functional executive applying engineering discipline and market insight to leading teams and creating solutions at the intersection of technology, capital, and regulated industries. His career has spanned numerous first-of-their-kind projects at the frontier of business model innovation and emerging technology.

He currently serves as Chief Strategy & Design Officer of the Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Ontario — a large multi-specialty outpatient facility — and as a senior advisor to the Schroeder family foundation, overseeing philanthropic initiatives in healthcare capacity and novel arthritis therapies.

Earlier roles included Vice President of Corporate Strategy at NantHealth, leading commercialization of first-of-their-kind molecular diagnostic and cell therapy programs, and a 21-year management career at L3Harris spanning healthcare technology ventures and aerospace systems development.

He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from the University of Florida and two patents in satellite antenna technology, and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Led business planning, facility design, and launch of a large-scale multi-specialty outpatient facility in Ontario expanding community-based surgical and clinical care capacity. Directed philanthropic strategy and clinical research sponsorship, including cell therapy trials for osteoarthritis.

2015 – 2020

NantHealth

Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Program Management

Managed strategic technology and M&A investment portfolio. Led commercial launch of GPSCancer — the world’s first whole genome sequencing test for cancer therapeutic decision support. Also provided strategy and business oversight for a subsidiary focused on cell therapy product manufacturing at patient scale.

Peake Healthcare Innovations (Joint Venture with Johns Hopkins Medicine)

Founded and led an L3Harris joint venture with Johns Hopkins Medicine to build and commercialize the first cloud-based medical image management platform spanning diagnostic and clinical PACS workflows.

Senior Manager, Engineering, Programs and Business Development

Long management career spanning healthcare technology ventures and aerospace systems development. Managed development of the world’s largest deployable commercial satellite antenna — a 22-meter design providing remote area communications to government and enterprise customers.
