Adam Zaricki is a cross-functional executive applying engineering discipline and market insight to leading teams and creating solutions at the intersection of technology, capital, and regulated industries. His career has spanned numerous first-of-their-kind projects at the frontier of business model innovation and emerging technology.
He currently serves as Chief Strategy & Design Officer of the Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Ontario — a large multi-specialty outpatient facility — and as a senior advisor to the Schroeder family foundation, overseeing philanthropic initiatives in healthcare capacity and novel arthritis therapies.
Earlier roles included Vice President of Corporate Strategy at NantHealth, leading commercialization of first-of-their-kind molecular diagnostic and cell therapy programs, and a 21-year management career at L3Harris spanning healthcare technology ventures and aerospace systems development.
He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from the University of Florida and two patents in satellite antenna technology, and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
