Adam Zaricki is a strategy executive who applies engineering discipline to complex problems at the intersection of technology, capital, and regulated industries. His career has centered on programs where business model innovation, technical ambition, and healthcare delivery intersect.
He currently serves as Chief Strategy & Design Officer of the Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Ontario — a large multi-specialty outpatient facility — and as a senior advisor to the Schroeder family foundation, directing philanthropic investments in healthcare capacity and novel arthritis therapies.
Earlier roles included Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Program Management at NantHealth, where he led commercialization of the first whole genome sequencing test for cancer therapeutic decision support. His career at L3Harris spanned healthcare ventures — including CEO of a Johns Hopkins Medicine joint venture building the first cloud-based medical imaging platform — and leadership roles on numerous aerospace systems development programs. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from the University of Florida and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
